shishalh centre is a master planned multi-purpose residential and commercial development in the highest population centre of the Sunshine Coast.

The plan features the creation of a diverse range of housing options, a capacious medical campus and a vibrant blend of commercial, professional, retail and hospitality venues.

The shishalh centre property comprises 7 acres, with walking trails extending northeast to Ted Dixon Park, and ample green spaces stretching southwest toward the Salish sea and its iconic ocean and sunset views.

Located adjacent to Sechelt I shishalh Hospital, which sits on 11.2 acres of land gifted to Vancouver Coastal Health by the shishalh Nation, the site will naturally attract a hub of healthcare services, both public and private.

In addition to becoming a thriving commercial, professional and retail hub of Sechelt, the Centre will allow for a significant expansion of healthcare delivery services complementary to the hospital, with the significant added benefit of providing much needed housing options for staff.

Infused with shishalh Nation art and culture, the centre will above all add beauty, spirit and natural energy to the downtown core of this growing city between two waters.

We are honored to present this project that will reside on the beautiful ancestral land of the shishalh nation.
